1 — The restaurant

Do you have a website today? Who manages the domain? The Hub lives at yourdomain.com/hub and your existing site is never touched. No domain also works.

2 — Choose your pages (tick everything you want)

Always included. Four passcode access levels (owner, manager, staff, partner) · your own branding · installable app icon · self-updating data · works on every phone.

3 — Accounts

The data engine lives inside this account and runs as it. The owner must be available twice during setup, on their own screen: once to paste the engine code, once to click Google's authorisation screen.
We create a free Netlify account in your name during setup, so you own your site. Which email should it be under?

4 — Your files in Google Drive (paste a view link for each that exists)

One row per day: sales, covers, payments, discounts, voids, notes.
One tab per month, day numbers across the top, one row per staff member. A leave tracker tab if you want leave counters.

5 — Point of sale

FoodStory, Ocha, Wongnai, Square, other
We build the reader against your real file. If your POS emails a nightly closing report, tell us which address receives it in the box below.

6 — People and access

Owner (everything) · Manager (operations, no finance) · Staff (schedule, orders, training, stock — never sales or finance) · Partner (numbers only). You choose the four passcodes yourself later and share them privately.
Names exactly as written on the schedule sheet
For kitchen orders and tasks, e.g. hot, cold, pastry, floor, bar
Defaults: salaries never appear; staff-facing text says "management"; private messages owner-only.
If you ticked email or calendar sync: confirm the app may read them, and which account.

7 — Business facts

Including Thai or other languages in your sheets or POS
Service charge in or out, VAT treatment, what counts as net sales — we copy your accountant's convention.
